[NEW] I have an existing recurring subscription (monthly, annual) or a Lifetime plan, how long will I be able to use the services?
CloudBounce will close its doors in phases. The first to go will be the ability to create a new account (signup) and the ability to purchase a new plan starting early April 2024. At this time also all of the Annual recurring subscriptions will be cancelled to prevent them from renewing at the end of their respective billing periods. Unfortunately, a Lifetime plan by definition will be for the “lifetime of the company”, when the company ceases to exist, so do these plans.

Q: I have a Lifetime subscription, what will happen when the services close permanently?
A: Once the company is permanently closed on 1st of April 2025, the services will automatically stop working. We will be offering an amazing opportunity to our Lifetime users to come and experience FL Studio and our brand new FL Cloud - Create, Master, Release all in one, all inside FL Studio. We will be contacting you via email with further details.
Q: I have an Annual recurring subscription, what will happen when the services close permanently?
A: We will not be renewing any Annual recurring subscriptions starting from May 1st 2024. This means that all existing active Annual plans will be cancelled at once in April 2024. You will, however, still be able to use your mastering plan normally until the end of your current billing period. When this billing period ends, your subscription will not be automatically renewed anymore.
Q: I have a Monthly recurring subscription, what will happen when the services close permanently?
A: All monthly plan customers can enjoy using their mastering subscription until 1st April 2025, when all CloudBounce servers and services will be permanently closed down. We will automatically continue to bill you monthly until this end date, unless you decide to cancel your plan yourself before 1st April 2025.
