Can’t hear audio on the mastering preview player, or sound distorts?

If the mastering preview player is loaded up correctly, it will produce sound at 192kbps MP3 quality. If you can’t hear the audio, please check your computer’s audio settings, or equivalent input / output settings on your audio device or soundcard.

There have been some cases where slight distortion has been audible with the mastering preview on some devices. However, please note that this MP3 preview file is sample only and any audio artifacts on preview do not appear on the final 24-bit WAV and 320kbps MP3 masters.
