How can I start using the Desktop App?

New CloudBounce user:
In order to use the Desktop App you need a valid CloudBounce monthly or annual subscription. To get access to the Desktop App, simply subscribe at https://app.cloudbounce.com/#pricing page, then download and install the App.

Existing CloudBounce user:
In order to use the Desktop App you need a valid CloudBounce monthly or annual subscription. As a registered customer, you’ll get the app free of charge. Prior to starting to use the app, you must migrate from our current Web mastering service to the new https://app.cloudbounce.com/ website.

Please note: your currently mastered files will NOT follow you to the new App due to infrastructure change. Therefore, we recommend that you download all your mastered files before migrating to the new service.

Migration will happen as follows:

If you have been logged in with Facebook:
Go to https://cloudbounce.com/user/migration
Click on “NO”
Our system will create a password and account for you on the new site

If you have been logged in with email & password:
Go to https://app.cloudbounce.com/cloudbounce-migrate
Enter the email + password you’ve used on old CloudBounce
You’re all set!

Proceed to login and download the latest app version from https://app.cloudbounce.com. Then, simply install the App on your Mac or Windows
computer and start mastering.

Disclaimer:
Both www.cloudbounce.com Web mastering account and the Desktop App account (app.cloudbounce.com) can't be used at the same time. If you wish to go back to Web mastering after migrating to the App, you need to revert your subscription backwards.
